We have a 100% Hungarian ownership background, and over the course of nearly 30 years, we have grown from a micro-enterprise with 5 employees to a market-leading building automation company with a staff of nearly 140. Over the years, we have completed more than 900 implementation projects, and we have a dedicated independent service team to support the operation of existing facilities.

We owe our success, on the one hand, to our outstanding team: we are proud that even with a staff of over 100, we have managed to maintain the company’s family-like atmosphere, and we have been working with most of our leading experts for more than 15 years. We place special emphasis on training the next generation. Thanks to our internship programme, we have been providing electrical engineering university students with insights into the world of building automation for nearly a decade. The success of the programme is also shown by the fact that nearly 80% of our engineers started with us as interns. At Welltech, we consider it important to get to know each other beyond professional matters, so we make our collaboration more enjoyable with regular informal programmes, themed days, shared entertainment, and team building.
