Repair

Our company’s philosophy is never to abandon the automation system of any facility we have implemented, so in case of a fault (whether under warranty or beyond the warranty period), we are always available. We repair these faults professionally.

Maintenance

Building automation maintenance has two main parts: regular-mandatory and non-mandatory inspection. The mandatory inspection due to legal requirements is important for regulatory compliance. The other is necessary for reasons of warranty, energy efficiency, operational reliability, lifespan extension, and malfunction prevention.

In the course of regular maintenance, we check whether the system’s individual actuating elements operate according to the plans. We test safe operation, for example, frost protection systems and those ensuring essential escape routes in case of fire. We perform backups of the microcontrollers and computers responsible for the operation of the building automation system, as well as a comprehensive operational test of the entire system. Additionally, we assist operators with personal consultancy.

Upgrade, conversion

Following the facility’s implementation, there may be demands for function modifications, as well as the need to create new rooms, or merge or change the function of existing rooms. For example, the division of a large meeting room or the installation of a new manufacturing machine may cause a given room may have different temperature or humidity requirements than originally planned. To increase energy efficiency, the integration of newly installed, more economical cooling units or boilers requires the modification and reprogramming of the automation system. Existing automation elements may need to be replaced with newer ones for the sake of operational reliability.
