Spare material inventory

In recent years, we have found that the procurement time for devices used in automation has increased significantly, which can cause disruptions in operation, and in some cases, even users of the facility may notice the operational disturbance. To ensure flawless operation, Welltech has launched its spare equipment programme.

Through this initiative, we provide participating facilities with a dedicated spare equipment inventory, and in the event of a malfunction, we deliver the spare device to the site within the response time specified in the maintenance contract and begin repairs without delay.

Simple and secure operation

  • We assess the devices that make up the building automation system of your facility.
  • Based on the assessment, we make a recommendation for the spare parts inventory we deem necessary.
  • Once the device list is approved and the contract is signed, we procure the devices and store them in our own warehouse.
  • In the event of a malfunction, we will deliver the device(s) to the site within the response times specified in the maintenance contract and begin troubleshooting.
  • We will automatically reorder the used device, i.e., replace it in our warehouse.
  • The warranty for all devices on the list starts from the date of installation/delivery.
